Woman Bailed after Incident in Pine Grove, Hartlepool

A 35-year-old woman has been bailed in connection with an incident at a property in Pine Grove, Hartlepool, on Thursday evening (19^th October) whereby a woman barricaded herself inside a property after a report of criminal damage.
