Redcar CID officers are appealing for information, doorbell, dashcam or CCTV footage as they investigate a report of a 2 in 1 burglary in Marske-by-Sea.
At around 6am today (Monday 11th September) someone, possibly more than one person, entered a house adjacent to Delamere Drive while the householder was asleep upstairs.
A number of items were taken and although they were not worth large amounts of money they have enormous sentimental value to their owner.
A silver grey Ford Kuga was also taken from where it was parked on Delamere.
Police would appeal for anyone who can help on-going enquiries, residents who may have seen anything suspicious in the area or anyone who may have captured footage of the Kuga being driven from the scene to get in touch.
Please contact Cleveland Police on the 101 number, quoting ref 1819188.
