Detectives in Stockton are appealing for information after a teenager had his electric Haibike taken by occupants of a car which had followed him then threatened him with a knife.
The 16-year-old lad was on Cornfield Road in Fairfield at around 6pm last Tuesday (5th September) when he was followed by a red Ford Fiesta with two unknown occupants wearing balaclavas.
The passenger got out of the car, pointed a knife at the teenager and made him hand over the bike. The boy then ran to safety and was thankfully unharmed.
The Haibike has a grey frame with orange in places, and a missing chainguard.
