Middlesbrough Neighbourhood Team officers seized an off-road bike from an address in Middlesbrough after the bike was reportedly seen being ridden dangerously.
Police attended an address in the Ayresome area after a report that a male had been driving dangerously.
A 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and a 29-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of obstructing police. Both remain in police custody at this time.
Within the premises, three malnourished adult dogs and several young puppies were seized after RSPCA colleagues were called to assist. They have been removed from the address.
