A registered sex offender from Hartlepool has been charged with breaches of his Sexual Harm Prevention Order, by contacting a 10-year-old child failing to register a device capable of contacting or communicating with children under 16.
The 27-year-old man is charged to appear at Teesside Crown Court on Friday 29th September.
