A 26-year-old man has been charged with cultivation of cannabis and is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today (Tuesday 19th September), following the discovery of cannabis plants worth an estimated £50,000 in a property on Askwith Road in Middlesbrough on Monday 18th September.
