Man Charged with Arson Incidents in Hartlepool

A 31-year-old man has been charged with twelve counts of arson after a number of vehicles were set alight in Hartlepool in incidents on 19th and 28th February and 18th August this year.
The man is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today, Wednesday 20th September.
