Officers investigating an assault in Guisborough on Easter Day (Sunday 31st March) are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with doorbell/dashcam or CCTV footage to get in touch.
It happened just after 11.25pm outside Harry’s Bar on Westgate however it’s believed the altercation started inside the bar and spilled out onto the street.
A 44-year-old man was taken by ambulance to James Cook University Hospital where he received treatment for suspected cracked ribs and a broken nose. He also had some teeth knocked out.
Extensive investigation including CCTV and other enquiries have been ongoing since the incident and we would ask anyone who has not yet spoken to police to come forward.
