Police are appealing for any witnesses or people with footage (mobile phone, dashcam or CCTV) as enquiries into a collision continue.
The collision happened at 8am yesterday, Monday 15th April, as a Skoda travelling eastbound along Ennis Road towards its junction with the Trunk Road was in collision with a motorbike.
The rider sustained fractures to his leg and collar bone after falling to the ground and was taken to James Cook University Hospital for treatment.
A 43 year old man was arrested on suspicion of drug driving and on suspicion of causing injury by careless or inconsiderate driving. He was interviewed and released on bail pending further enquiries.
