A number of reports of burglaries at new build properties in Hartlepool is being investigated by CID officers.
Between February 29th and Friday 5th April there have been ten reports of burglaries at Spindle Way, Musgrave Garden Lane, Rodney Street, Riverston Close, Vine Close, Golden Meadows and Reedston Road.
A number of boilers were removed and stolen from properties and other items including kitchen units, fridge freezers, washing machines and a composite door.
Thousands of pounds worth of goods has been taken in the burglaries.
Officers would appeal for any CCTV or dash cam footage of anyone acting suspiciously around these locations, dates and times –
