Detectives from Redcar CID have successfully charged two people in relation to two separate investigations.
A 40-year-old man was charged and remanded to appear at court in relation to a report of a burglary in progress at Gladstone Street in Brotton on Friday evening.
And a 51-year-old woman was charged with arson being reckless as to endanger life after a fire at an address on Lingdale’s Scarth Close on Saturday night.
Both were remanded in custody, to appear at Teesside Magistrates’ Court today, Monday 22nd April.
