Police are appealing after a collision in Middlesbrough involving two vehicles.
Around 5:10am on Friday 9th August, a Volkswagen Golf and a Volkswagen Touran collided on Crescent Road.
All occupants of the Golf made off from the scene.
A male passenger from the Touran suffered potentially serious injuries including a broken leg and internal injuries. Four others from the same vehicle suffered minor injuries.
Enquiries are ongoing and police would like to appeal to any witnesses or anyone who may have CCTV or dash cam footage of the incident to contact them on 101, quoting reference number 152226.
