Officers are appealing for CCTV and dash cam footage after a man suffered stabbing injuries in Middlesbrough.
The incident happened in the front garden of a property on Deepdale Avenue around 8:10pm on Friday 16th August.
A 48-year-old man was taken to James Cook University Hospital for treatment for stab wounds which resulted in punctured lungs and a laceration to his arm. He has since been discharged.
On Friday 30th August, a 22-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and is now bailed pending further enquiries.
Any witnesses to the incident or anyone who may have CCTV or dash cam footage is asked to contact Middlesbrough CID on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 157960.
