Police attended a report of a collision on Parliament Road, Middlesbrough, just after 7pm on Friday 30th August.
A BMW 5 series and Nissan Note were involved in the collision.
A number of other parked vehicles were also damaged as a result of the collision and a property was assessed for damage which was deemed to be superficial.
Two passengers from the BMW were taken to James Cook University Hospital as a precaution and were later released following treatment.
The 67-year-old driver of the Nissan was issued a Traffic Offence Report for driving without due care and attention.
A 25-year-old man, the driver of the BMW, was reported for summons for driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and driving without insurance.
