A 29-year-old Middlesbrough man who was arrested yesterday on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon in a private place.
He was bailed to attend Teesside Magistrates’ Court later this month.
In relation to his arrest on suspicion of possession of a firearm and a further arrest on suspicion of theft, the man was released on police bail whilst further enquiries take place.
