Appeal following car theft in Hartlepool

Officers investigating a theft from a motor vehicle in Park Road, Hartlepool, are appealing for the owners of the items recovered, which can be found in the below images, to come forward.

The theft happened shortly after 5am on Saturday 28 December 2024, and two people were arrested shortly after the incident after a member of the public reported the incident to the police.

The man and the woman who were arrested have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
