Man charged in connection with theft from motor vehicle in Hartlepool

The 52-year-old was arrested at a property on Ridlington Way on Wednesday 18 December.
He was taken to police custody for questioning before being charged with theft from a motor vehicle and is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court on Thursday 19 December.
The charges come following reports of a man forcing open a car door on Witton Drive and stealing items inside. It occurred at approximately 6.15pm on Wednesday 18 December.
