Traffic diversions in place in Hartlepool and Normanby areas due to storm.

The ongoing high winds and heavy rain have led to issues on the A689 going towards Hartlepool.
Due to large amounts of debris on the carriageway, there is a 2 mile tailback and drivers are currently being diverted through Greatham.
Over near Normanby, one side of Flatts Lane is currently closed in the direction of the Guisborough bypass. This is due to trees having come down in the wind.
