Appeal after Collision on A171 Towards Guisborough

Police are appealing to members of the public with dash cam footage following a collision in Guisborough.

The incident involved a black Nissan Juke and a blue Volkswagen Caddy travelling on the A171/Fancy Lane towards Guisborough around 3:20pm on Thursday 8^th February.

A 60-year-old man travelling in the Nissan Juke was taken to James Cook University Hospital suffering from possible pelvic and leg injuries.

A 32-year-old man travelling in the VW Caddy was extracted by Fire crews and taken to James Cook University Hospital with a broken leg and possible pelvic injuries.

A 26-year-old woman also travelling in the VW Caddy suffered a broken collar bone and was also taken to James Cook University Hospital.  

Anyone who may have dash cam footage which could assist the investigation is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101, quoting incident reference number 023409.
