A teenager has been charged with possession with intent to supply heroin, possession of a bladed article, racially aggravated public order, racially aggravated assault and two counts of assaulting an emergency worker.
The 19-year-old was stopped by officers on patrol at around 3:30pm on the afternoon of Saturday 10 February on Jubilee Street South in North Ormesby.
He was charged and appeared at Teesside Magistrates’ Court today, Monday 12 February.
