Appeal after arson, Middlesbrough.

Officers were called by Fire Brigade colleagues to Boswell Street shortly after 9.10pm last night (Monday 15^th January) to a report of a small fire in the hallway of a property.

The occupants were safely out of the address, and no-one sustained any injuries.

Police remain at the scene and enquiries are on-going.
