In the last few months, car tyres have been damaged numerous times in Lundale Road, Swaledale Crescent and Teesdale Avenue.
The most recent damage occurred on Thursday 18 January on Stokesley Crescent and involved one of the tyres being punctured and the vehicle smeared with dirt.
Enquiries have been ongoing to identify those responsible and to assist officers with their investigation, they are appealing to members of the public to come forward with information, CCTV or dash cam footage.
Sergeant Russell Boon, from Billingham’s Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “I want to take this opportunity to reassure residents that we are continuing with our investigation, and I am appealing to members of the public to get in touch if they have CCTV, dash cam footage or any information that could assist in identifying and catching those responsible.”
