A 15-year-old boy has been charged with burglary, two counts of theft from a motor vehicle and six counts of attempted burglary following reports of a spate of burglaries in Redcar in January.
The boy is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today, Wednesday 31st January.
A 16-year-old boy also arrested in connection with the incidents remains on police bail whilst enquiries continue.
