A man has been charged after a vehicle reportedly failed to stop for Matrix team officers in Hartlepool.
The incident happened around 4:30pm on Friday 20th January, when a black BMW reportedly failed to stop for officers and the driver allegedly made off.
A 23-year-old man was charged with a number of driving offences; fail to stop, driving whilst disqualified, failing to provide a specimen for analysis, dangerous driving and no insurance. He is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today, Monday 22nd January.
