A 39-year-old Middlesbrough man has today been found guilty of 10 counts of sexual activity with a child.
This follows an investigation by Cleveland Police CAVA Team (Child Abuse and Vulnerable Adults) after the force received a report on behalf of the vulnerable teenage boy back in Autumn 2019.
CAVA detectives have supported the boy and his family throughout and officers attended the trial at Teesside Crown Court this week.
The convicted man will be sentenced in mid-February.
