Update on Incident in Acklam, Middlesbrough

Shortly after 12 noon yesterday (Tuesday 2^nd January), emergency services attended a report of a sudden death in a property in St Mary’s Walk in Middlesbrough.

Very sadly the body of a 17-year-old boy was discovered inside the address.

There are not currently believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and a file will be prepared for the Coroner.

Our thoughts are with the boy’s family at this extremely difficult time.
