Officers have arrested two men following a violent incident which led to a man climbing onto a roof in Stockton.
Cleveland Police received a report of a violent incident in Ingleton Road shortly after 10pm yesterday, Friday 19 July 2024.
Officers then discovered a suspect was at a property in Knitsley Walk in the Hardwick area. A man climbed onto the roof of the property and refused to come down. Officers were in attendance at the scene until 4am on Saturday 20 July 2024, when the incident was brought to a safe conclusion and the man came down from the roof.
A 35-year-old man was arrested for Assault, Criminal Damage and Harassment.
An 18-year-old man was arrested for Obstruction of an emergency worker.
