A 28-year-old man has appeared in court after allegedly breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) in Middlesbrough.
Ivan Demani from Middlesbrough has a CBO in place after reports of begging in the town centre area.
On Monday, 15th July, a report was made to police of a man reportedly harassing members of the public for money in Middlesbrough.
Demani was arrested and later charged with breach of a criminal behaviour order.
He appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court on Wednesday 17th July and was bailed with conditions until a further hearing.
