Following our weekend appeal for information relating to a report of a 49-year-old man being threatened at knifepoint at an address on Wharton Street in Hartlepool on Saturday then accompanied to cashpoints in the town where money was stolen from him, two men (35 and 40) have been charged with robbery and with possession of a bladed article.
They were remanded in custody until their appearance at Teesside Magistrates’ Court today, Monday 22nd July.
