Middlesbrough Proactive Team and neighbourhood officers seized this bike yesterday after local authority CCTV operators saw it being ridden in an antisocial manner on Cotswold Avenue.
The rider was reported for summons for driving with no licence and no insurance.
We’ll continue to take action against vehicles of any kind which are used antisocially or illegally, and we welcome information from the public on who is using them and where they’re being stored.
