Appeal after woman racially abused in Hartlepool

Police in Hartlepool are appealing for information following an altercation between a group of people at around 7pm on Thursday 6th June.

During the incident, on Victoria Road in the town centre, a woman was physically assaulted, racially abused and her phone was taken.
