Stockton response officers seized this quad bike after spotting the rider driving dangerously around Billingham town centre, carrying a small child on the quad.
The man, who was wearing a balaclava, was riding on pavements at high speed, swerving around pedestrians.
Officers followed the quadbike to a housing estate where they safely brought the quadbike to a stop.
The man was reported for driving without insurance and the quadbike was seized.
Anyone with information on antisocial and dangerous off-road bikes and quadbikes is asked to call 101.
