Officers from Hartlepool Neighbourhoods Team recovered a quad bike on Endrick Road in the town on Saturday, 22nd June.
Police received numerous reports of two children riding an off-road quad in an antisocial and dangerous manner in the area.
When officers got to Endrick Road, they seized the quad and recovered it for having no insurance.
Anyone with information on the riders, or with information on other off-road bikes and quads in the town and where they are being stored, is asked to call 101.
