The 32-year-old, of Bowesfield Lane, was arrested at the property at 9am on Friday 7 June on suspicion of offering to supply cannabis and possession of cannabis.
After being taken into custody to be questioned by detectives from Cleveland Police’s Dedicated Drugs and County Lines Team he was subsequently charged.
He appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court on Saturday 8 June and was remanded.
The charges relate to a mobile phone suspected of being operated as a messaging service to advertise the supply of drugs.
