Cleveland Police is appealing for information and any witnesses after a man sustained stab wounds following an incident in Grangetown.
Officers were called to the incident on Birchington Avenue in Grangetown at around 12.30am this morning (31st March).
A man was located with multiple stab wounds and he was taken to James Cook University Hospital where he is currently in a critical but stable condition.
Enquiries are ongoing. Anyone with information or any relevant CCTV footage is urged to contact the police on 101, quoting reference number 057897.
