A 34-year-old man has been arrested in connection with two incidents in the early hours of Sunday 21st April in Middlesbrough.
The man was arrested on Tuesday 21st May on suspicion of two counts of attempted rape, following reports of incidents at the rear of the Empire on Corporation Road and on Newport Road near Middlesbrough bus station.
The man remains in police custody at this time.
