Following two reports of robberies on females in the Middlesbrough area on Sunday 12th May, whereby victims were allegedly threatened with a knife, a man has now been arrested and charged.
Middlesbrough CID officers charged a 29-year-old man today with two counts of robbery and one of possession of a knife/blade in a public place.
The man is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today, Tuesday 14th May.
