A man’s due to appear at Teesside Magistrates’ Court today after being charged in connection with a shop burglary in Redcar at the weekend.
Just after 9.10pm on Sunday (5th May) police received a report from CCTV operative colleagues of a burglary in progress at New Look on Regent Walk.
Officers attended and after a brief foot pursuit, the 45-year-old man was arrested.
