Around 9:50pm yesterday evening, Tuesday 28th May, police received a report that a male had been located on Griffiths Road in Grangetown with injuries.
A man aged in his twenties is receiving medical treatment in hospital for his injuries, which are not believed to be life-threatening at this time.
Three males aged 42, 44 and 52 have been arrested in connection with the incident and remain in police custody at this time.
Cleveland Police officers remain at the scene and are providing a highly visible presence whilst enquiries take place and to offer reassurance to local residents.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or anyone with information is asked to call Cleveland Police on 101, quoting event number 099849.
