Two men aged 22 and 25 who police appealed to trace in connection with an attempted murder investigation have today been arrested (Thursday 23rd May).
Detectives continue to investigate an incident which happened at an address on Hubbard Walk, Middlesbrough, around 8:20pm on Friday 17th May, which left a 35-year-old man with serious injuries.
The man remains in hospital receiving treatment.
Both men were arrested today on suspicion of attempted murder and they remain in police custody whilst enquiries continue.
A third male, aged 17, who was arrested on Tuesday (21st May) has now been released on police bail.
