We’re appealing for information and footage after a fail to stop RTC in Thornaby last night (Monday 21st October).
Between 9.10pm and 9.30pm a white Ford Kuga was driven round a corner onto Cambridge Road where it collided with a member of the public’s car; the owner of the damaged car is now having to claim on their own insurance.
At this stage we have not received any reports of any injuries.
The driver, who is believed to be uninsured and not in possession of a valid driving licence, made off from the scene
The Kuga has been seized and as enquiries into the incident continue, we’re appealing for anyone with information, doorbell, dashcam or private CCTV footage from the local area to get in touch.
Please contact Cleveland Police on the 101 number quoting ref 202182.
