Appeal to Trace Wanted Man

Police are appealing to trace 25-year-old Declan Kennedy, from Peterlee, who police want to speak to in connection with an investigation into an alleged arson in Hartlepool earlier this year.

Declan has links to both Hartlepool and Durham.

He is described as a white male, around 6ft 2” tall, with green eyes and heavy build with short, black hair.

Anyone who may have information on Declan’s whereabouts, or may have seen him, is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101, quoting incident number 143464.
