A man has been charged after Proactive Team officers in Middlesbrough suspected drugs were seized in the Hemlington area.
On Thursday afternoon, 24th October, officers detained a man on Coathan Close and recovered suspected cocaine worth thousands of pounds, hundreds of pounds in cash and mobile phones.
A 34-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and was later bailed whilst enquiries continue.
The 32-year-old man was due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today, Friday 25th October, charged with possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
