Alfie Holdsworth, aged 20, from Gateshead, was present within a group involved in two separate assaults on Linthorpe Road during violent disorder in Middlesbrough on Sunday 4th August.
In the first, a large group of males is seen to assault a person, although Holdsworth wasn’t involved in this violence.
In the second assault, Holdsworth is seen to kick a lone victim twice whilst he is on the ground.
Today, at Teesside Crown Court, Alfie Holdsworth was sentenced to 14 months in prison.
