The men, aged 35, 37 and 42, were detained following the execution of the warrant by at a property on Meynell Walk.
While one man was arrested inside the address, another was arrested outside the property and a third ran away from police while getting out of a taxi.
Following a search of two of the men, one was found with cocaine worth approximately £1,200 was and the other with around £400 in cash.
They were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and transported to custody.
Following questioning, two of the men, aged 35 and 37, were charged and appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court on Wednesday 9 October.
The third man, aged 42, was released on conditional bail.
The warrant took place on the afternoon of Tuesday 8 October.
