Appeal following two-vehicle collision in Guisborough

Officers are appealing for information and any relevant dash cam footage following a two-vehicle collision in Guisborough.

The collision occurred at around 2.30pm on Tuesday 17^th September Saltburn Road in Upleatham and involved a blue Subaru and a blue VW Passat.

A 20-year-old man, driving the Subaru, was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and drug driving. He was bailed pending further enquiries.

The passengers of the VW Passat and the Subaru were both taken to hospital with potential spinal injuries.
