Detectives are appealing for information after a man was injured following a reported assault in the Grangetown area.
Officers and colleagues from the ambulance service were called to Kingsley Close in Grangetown at around 7.15pm on Tuesday 17th September.
A man suffered significant stab wounds to his arm and stomach and he was taken to hospital for treatment.
Two males, aged 16 and 37, were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and they currently remain in police custody at this time.
Officers are urging witnesses and anyone with dash cam footage or information about this incident to please contact Redcar CID quoting event number 179643.
