A second man has now been charged with murder in connection with the death of 26-year-old Lewis Bell, following a reported incident in the early hours of Thursday 19th September on Hills Drive in Stockton.
Detectives from the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team (HMET) charged a 25-year-old man with murder and he is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court tomorrow (Tuesday 24th September).
Earlier today, a 17-year-old male was also charged with murder and was due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court on Monday 23rd September.
A third male, aged 19, has been bailed whilst enquiries continue and a further five people who had been arrested last week in connection with the murder investigation also remain on police bail.
