Appeal to trace man with connections to Billingham and Middlesbrough

We are appealing to trace a man we’d like to speak to in relation to a number of alleged offences including harassment, as well as breach of bail.

John James McCarthy, 35, has connections to the Middlesbrough and Billingham areas and is described as a white male, of slim build, with short dark hair and brown eyes.  He has a bulldog tattoo on his right arm.

We would appeal for John to contact police, as well as for anyone with knowledge of his current whereabouts to get in touch.
