Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information following a robbery at a shop in Stockton.
The incident happened at the Best One store on the junction of Hartburn Lane and Yarm Road at around 1.40pm on Tuesday 11th February.
It was reported that a man threatened the worker with a knife before making off with a quantity of cash.
The man was described as a white male of average build who was approximately 5”8 tall.
He was wearing a black woollen hat, a navy-blue scarf with small white patches, black cargo trousers, black trainers and black gloves.
The man was possibly seen going to and from the shop via Ropner Park and the surrounding streets between 1.15pm and 2.15pm.
